Aghe Clope is a free improvisation quartet, with lots of influence, from electronic and contemporary music to free jazz and psychedelia: Paolo Pascolo playing flute and alto sax, Andrea Gulli computer, analog synthesizer and tapes, Giorgio Pacorig Fender Rhodes and Korg MS20 and Stefano Giust drums, cymbals and objects.
The result is a difficult land, vibrating and vulnerable. As usual in the field of creative music, each musician is involved in several projects with their own aesthetic. Through the years, they have collaborated with world-class musicians and played all around the world.
Aghe Clope published two records and partecipated with a remix of Piermario Ciani to the compilation Re:Trax. Often they collaborate on stage with Hybrida Light Show, a wonderful combo of visual artists that uses the tag-tool system.
